Emrah Gökdemir
Emrah Gökdemir is a visual and performance artist born in Antakya, Turkey. Since 2012 he has been working in the field of anthropology in collaboration with Yael Navaro from the University of Cambridge with a project on the city of Antakya. He is one of the members of the Antakya Performative Collective founded in 2018. Apart from Turkey, he has performed and exhibited primarily in Poland, but also in Germany, Slovakia, Lebanon, Cyprus, and his video performances were shown in Ukraine, Italy and Indonesia. Since 2020, he has been living and working in Leipzig, Germany.
